Weld Screws – Spot Weld Type
Spot type weld screws are externally threaded with a unified thread pitch that has a flat spade perpendicular to the threaded shank. The flat spade is welded to a steel substrate and is ideal for confined areas such as narrow channels, corners and in applications that require thread offset from the component surface. This screw is easy to position and produces a strong weld. These weld screws are made from C1006-1010 or equivalent welding quality carbon steel in a plain finish to facilitate welding.
